Hi, I'm Tami Critchlow - People

I'm a triathlete, an entrepreneur, motivational speaker and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like squeezing every bit out of life. From sky diving to performing, I like giving it all a try. I've been doing triathlons for 10 year and love a good challenge. Performing has always been in my blood. At age 3 I sang for the first time on stage and have never stopped. I am a life coach and my real passion is seeing people get from where they are to where they want to be. I helped start a successful life coaching school and love giving seminars on self improvement. My favorite clients are of course my kids.

Hi, I'm Karyna - People

I'm a devoted wife and mother of one. My religion keeps me grounded!

About Me

I have a bachelor's degree in dietetics which motivates me to take better care of the body God is lending me for my life here on Earth. It also motivates me to create a healthier life for my family and enables me to aid others in their quest for increased wellness. Becoming a wife and a mother are the best experiences of my life. They have allowed me to acheive tremendous growth to become a more compassionate, accomodating, and influential individual. I hope that no one would ever choose to remain single or choose not to have children because the joy you experience with each will be overflowing, and as long as you rely on God's help, you will succeed in both.

Hi, I'm Frank - People

I live in Minnesota and I love to take my kids and my grandkids boating. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I started out on my own at sixteen, worked full time while I finished high school and then worked my way through college. I took ten years to get my bachelor's degree in engineering and finished after I married Julie (in the ninth year). She helped me finish, working as a nurse while I worked in a flower shop nights and weekends. When we wanted to start a family, we knew we'd need to change a few things and start going to church. We also needed some training as parents. It took a couple of years to make our changes and another three years of active searching to find the Church, but by the time we found it we were ready. A week after we walked into the chapel and asked to meet the missionaries, we were active members of the church with callings and with a whole new family of friends who took us into their lives and helped us to make the transition into "full fellowship with the saints." A year after baptism, we went to the temple and were sealed together as a forever family. By then our first child was nine months old, so it was the three of us in the temple at the start of the adventure of our lives. Now we have three wonderful children who aren't children anymore, and they are beginning the adventures of their lives. What a change the Church has made in us. Our children and our grandchildren are happy, healthy and strong. In fact all of us are better and happier than I ever thought I could be. When I look back I am filled with wonder and gratitude.

Hi, I'm Jeff - People

I am a Civil Engineer by trade and a Poet and Song Writer by heart. I love to create and follow my inspirations.

About Me

I am a father of five beautiful children... so yes, I suppose we fit the Mormon mold :-) My wife and I are both from large families and we love our big family. I suppose we like things big... we live in the big ole' State of Texas and we love living here. It is still the freest place on earth. I own a small consulting business that takes me traveling all over Texas and surrounding states. I provide specialty Civil Engineering services to schools designing sports facilities (and let me tell you... all you have heard about Texas sports is true). It is fun to be able to design things that can bring so many young people happiness and give them opportunities to develop there talents. I am an artist by nature and I have always loved the arts. I learned how vital these things are when somehow, amidst the busy times of life and family, I failed to make time for art and for developing my talents. It led me into the saddest times of my life where I struggled greatly with depression. Then the Lord (I suppose in answer to prayer) gave me a little nudge and got me back into creating. He gave me an inspiration to write and so I threw my hands in the air, put everything aside and I wrote it... Well, It gave me life again. It gave me a way to open up.

Hi, I'm Jared - People

I grew up near the point of the mountain in Utah. I love the inspiration that I felt as I stood on top of Loan Peak.

About Me

Our twin boys turn 1 this wk. What a milestone! The older two boys (12 and 4) are great good brothers. I'm afraid that the 4 boys outnumber the two girls. My wife and these six children are the best part of my life. Besides being a father, I am also a Nurse Corps Officer in the US Navy. I will soon be deployed and I am so glad that my wife Holly will have the ward members to support her. I can't wait until my back completely heals from surgery. I have so missed camping, hiking, soccer with my kids, skiing, and sledding.

Hi, I'm Joelle - People

After graduating High School, I took the non-traditional route, out of inspiration. Now, I'm a Ballet Dancer. And I'm a mormon.

About Me

I've been married for nearly two years now. My husband is a Sculptor and I am a Ballet Dancer. We literally are two starving artists going after our dreams and so far everything is happening just as we'd hoped (with the occasional crash and burn of course). I've always had music and dance in my life and dreamed from a very young age of being incredibly successful and going to some prestigious school and making my entrance into the ballet world from there. When it came time to make the decision about colleges and what "prestigious institution" I'd be going after, life sort of smacked me in the face with a whole fist-full of options...a very long story short...after lots of thoughtful and sincere prayer...plus plenty of patience...my life plans sort of filed into place...not anything like I thought they would but I couldn't be happier and I'm finally living my dream!

Hi, I'm Shari - People

I am a passionate mother of 5 beautiful children, a wife to an amazing husband and a health and nutrition enthusiast.

About Me

I have a love and passion for health and nutrition. I remember distinctly at the age of 13 coming to the realization that there was a direct connection between what we eat and how we feel. As the years went by and my children were born, this passion has grown and my knowledge has increased immensely. My last child was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 2 and I have been able to apply my passion for nutrition to help him recover from this diagnosis. It is my passion to help educate others about how we need to eat and what we need to do to enjoy a long healthy life. Much of my understanding of food has come from the LDS revelation given to our prophet Joseph Smith in the Doctrine in Covenants section 89. It is my foundation for how we eat in our home and what I teach others. I love being a homemaker. I love to have my hands in the garden or making bread. I love to be at the beach and play in the waves with my children. We love being together and time is going way too fast. These truly are the best years of my life.

Hi, I'm Rob - People

I'm a husband and father. I converted to the church at 18. I am a teacher. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been married for 30 years and I am a father of four now adult children. I am a college professor. I teach English as a Second Language. I am also a teacher trainer and textbook author. It took me a long time to get to where I am today. Raising my family was my most important priority. I worked and went to school so my wife could stay home and we could raise our kids together. That is partially why it took me so long to get through school and start my career. I was a professional musician for a few years while going to school, but gave it up because when and where I was playing wasn't a stable environment and I wasn't home enough to be with my family. Now playing jazz is a hobby and a stress release for me. While going through school, I was a musician, custodian, salesman, delivery driver, and a textbook specialist. I didn't actually start my teaching and writing career until I was 39 years old. Now I am very happy in my career and as it turns out, all my jobs gave me experience in my life that worked together to help me successfully write textbooks and share what I have learned through those life experiences. Although raising my family and getting an education were very challenging for me and an extreme struggle, I wouldn't do it any differently because of what I learned along the way.

Hi, I'm Bruce. - People

I'm a happily married father of 4 and grandfather of 6. I'm a trial attorney. I run marathons and triathlons. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've been a trial attorney for 35 years, and have tried major cases in jurisdictions throughout the United States. My greatest joy comes from my marriage of 37 years, my four children and six grandchildren. I enjoy being physically active, and I try to run, bike or swim early in the morning almost every day. I achieved a life-long goal last year by completing the Boston Marathon, and have run six other marathons and a dozen triathlons. I also enjoy hiking and climbing, and summited the Grand Teton a few years ago. Favorite memories are from our family vacations to China, Egypt, Israel, Europe, Mexico and throughout the United States and Canada. I was born in a very small town in Western Canada, but it has been wonderful to practice law in Chicago and raise our family in the suburbs. I enjoy musical theater, listening to jazz, and reading history and novels. I like to follow national and local politics and current events. I volunteer about 20 hours each week to church service, which I find very fulfilling and meaningful.
