I am a performer; I am in Talent Team performing group, and try to make others happy through what I do. I am growing up in a Mormon family, led by my great Father and Mother who always guide me, and help me in all I need. I strongly believe in this church and have a firm testimony of its validity. The Chuch of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the one and only true church on the planet. The atonement of Jesus Christ is at work in this church and is possible because of the priesthood athority given to Joseph Smith long ago and to every prophet ever sence; I Know this to be true because it worked for me. I have a wonderful wife, and four beautiful children, ages 11 - 19. They all keep me very busy. I enjoy spending time with my family in the evenings and on the weekends, when I'm not working. I've had to move several times with my dad being in the military. I've gone from Arizona to Texas, to Maryland, to Ohio, and back here to Arizona. My parents were converts. I was raised up in the church and sealed to my parents in the Salt lake temple. I have 1 sister and 2 brothers. We moved often and I attended many schools. (Albany Ga, Morrow Ga, Roy UT, Savannah Ga, Portsmouth VA, Pensacola FL) My wife and I were married in the Atlanta temple 22 years ago. We adopted our son & only child through LDS Social Services, He was 21 days old and truly God's gracious gift. We were sealed as an eternal family in 1994. I worked at a roof mftg 16 years, Cocacola 5 years as delivery driver, Clorox Mftg 12 years, Kia Mftg as quality control test track driver. My favorite hobby is falconry, I am a licensed Master falconer, my favorite raptor is redtail hawk which we take out and chase squirrel and rabbits. I still have my 1st trapped (immature) hawk 9 years. My favorite hunting buddy. Extreme Bird Watching, the birds are the hunters and we get to see all the action. The bird can leave at anytime but he chooses to maintain the relationship. In the last 7 years we've had lots of death in our family, including our son who died at 16 from brain cancer, which is the hardest thing I've ever had to experience. I enjoy classic rock, going to the movies, attending church and the temple regularly with my wife, and recently reading spiritual books. We like having our sons friends continue coming over and spending time in the gameroom and with family.

I am married to a wonderful woman and am the father of six outstanding children and 24 wonderful grand children. Family means everything to me. I am medically retired but I have not given up on life. I am active in the Church and also with the Boy Scouts of America. I still go camping and backpacking. Photography, reading and writing are my hobbies. Studying the scriptures is my most favorite passion. I enjoy other hobbies also such as studying about edible plants, wilderness survival, wood crafts and emergency preparedness. I especially enjoy photographing wildlife and shooting pictures of God's creations in both macro and wide angle pictures of landscape photography. I have had a very active background from serving in Vietnam as a Marine, to sales and marketing to law enforcement. Along my career path I met many wonderful people and worked with some of the finest Americans our country has to offer. In my younger years I was an athlete and competed in both running events and swimming events. I also liked physical exercise be it hiking, biking, spelunking, or climbing. These activities led to many personal challenges which I had to overcome, such as fear of heights and claustrophobia. Although I have had my share of hardships, I love life. I try to live life to the fullest. I still struggle with certain issues, but I am not a quitter, I am a person who does his best to not let things keep me down. I usually give 110% effort. With the Gospel I can't go wrong!

I just started college a few weeks ago. I decided that I would go ahead and study kinesiology, which is the study of human movement. When I was in like 5th grade my dad had me start wrestling, I wasn't very good. After about two years of being mediocre I decided to go all in and really push myself. That was a turning point for me. I started wrestling year round and made great strides. Going into my freshman year I set the goal to be a 3x state champion. I finished 3rd, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd at the state tournament. Because I hadn't fulfilled my goal it had sometimes been difficult to look at my career with a positive attitude. Now, its easier to see that none of the placements matter, but really just the lessons learned along the way.

I'm 38 years old, married, the father of 5 children, a business executive, and an Assistant Scout Master. I'm a Mormon.

My wife and I are California natives. We grew up together in a small suburban town just east of San Diego, California. We weren't romantically interested in each other until I returned home from my first year of college. The first time I saw her after I returned was at the high school graduation ceremonies in our small town. We hadn't seen each other for over a year so I hugged her. But when I put my arms around her my tongue went numb and the hairs on the back of my neck stood on end. I knew she was the one. The only challenge that stood in my way was convincing HER that I was the one. We were married a little over a year later. I was 20 and she was 21. We will have been married 18 years this January (2011). We have 5 beautiful children ranging in age from 3 to 17. I recently sold my I.T. business and now work for the company that bought it. I have worked in the IT field since 1995 after a good friend and church member offered me an opportunity to teach Windows 95 to companies all over the Country. Having worked construction for nearly 6 years the chance to work with computers and make a better living was a real blessing in our lives. I am currently serving as the Deacon's Quorum advisor and the Assistant Scoutmaster in my ward. I am fortunate to be working with my eldest son who became a Deacon this past August. We really enjoy the time we spend together on Sundays, in weekday quorum activities, and on Scout camp outs and outings.
