About Me
I was raised by wonderful parents. I developed a love of nature early on because my grandfather often took me fishing and camping. Due in large part to his influence, I graduated from college with a degree in forestry. As a teenager, I worked for two years as a golf caddy at an exclusive Jewish country club, and later in the pro shop for two more years. I finished my work experience there for another three years as an assistant greens keeper. Realizing that a job in the U.S. Forest Service would likely find me in the western United States, I decided to learn how to ride a horse. I took dressage lessons from a fine woman, and soon began working on her and her husband’s horse farm. I learned that she was a Mormon. Her kind heart and gentle demeanor led me to be interested in her religion. Several months later I was baptized in the Mormon Church, and a little over one year later I was serving a full time mission for two years in Argentina. This was a defining series of events in my life. After returning from Argentina, I obtained an MBA degree and ended up as a retail banker rather than a forester. I worked in several small towns in the rural areas of Utah. My wife and I adopted five children from Costa Rica. They kept us very busy! After finally settling down in our present location, I have found a sense of quiet peace in raising our Miniature Schnauzer dogs, feeding the song birds in our backyard and being a good neighbor.

About Me
I grew up in Oregon. Participating in sports and attending University of Oregon sports events (football, basketball and track) were a big part of my life. I am still a Duck fan. I live in the Midwest with my wife and children. Like my father and my grandfather, I am a doctor. I practice diagnostic radiology. I like to read, write and teach. I like to be outside on nice days--especially when I get to use my chainsaw. We attend Shakespearean plays every summer. Our home is something of a gathering place for our children's friends. My wife and children bless my life daily. My religious beliefs add meaning to every activity of my life.

About Me
My wife and I have been married since 1971. We have six children and 21 grandchildren living in 5 states coast to coast. We love family reunions at the beach, and try to find a house to rent big enough for all 35 of us to be under one roof for a week. It's a blast! I am a serial entrepreneur. I have founded or co-founded 4 successful businesses based on innovative technologies. The companies have been acquired by major corporations once we get them up and running. Innovation is my vocational passion. Perseverance is my forte. You can find out more about our family by clicking the link to our blog. Naturally it's all about our forever family!

About Me
Here are a few random bits about me: I'm half Canadian and grew up in Arizona in a really fun family. I started playing the piano when I was 5, and I really wanted to write film scores when I grew up. Instead I ended up creating corporate videos, and now I'm working toward some of my other dreams. I'm analytical and work hard, yet I'm also very social. Right now my favorite thing to do is invite people over for a game night where we all end up laughing our heads off. I also enjoy going to a good improv comedy show now and then. I have this creative restlessness that sort of goes out in every direction, so in my spare time, I arrange choir music or think up new ideas for party games, social TV shows, movies, art exhibits, Facebook apps, and on and on. I'm figuring out how to produce some of these ideas. I also love learning about history, art, current events, comparative religion, science... I'm constantly fascinated by people's expertise in so many different areas.

About Me
I grew up in a Mormon family where my parents were great examples of Christianity. They were kind, loving, hard-working, and disciplined. I am grateful for my upbringing. I believe their examples affected my life in such a positive way and have inspired me to avoid many challenges that come as consequences from making poor choices. Instead, I have had a life full of hope, faith and happiness even through difficulties. In college I studied visual and performing arts. I always loved performing, painting, writing or entertaining in any way. I enjoy using my creativity to add joy to people's experience of life. Now I am married to a strong, hard-working, faithful Mormon man. Every day I think to myself, I must have done something right! My greatest artistic creation is my 3 month old son. He is by far the most perfect and the most inspiring work of art I have touched. I'm sure that is because God had a hand in it! My son has brought me the greatest joy. I think about his future journey here on earth and how grateful I am to be his guardian and guide. Having children is a sweet gift from God.

About Me
This year my wife and I celebrated our first year of marriage along with the birth of our first son. Both of us are college graduates and love living a fun and active lifestyle but knew that now was the time to begin having children. My wife is the oldest of 7 kids so taking care of a newborn baby held no surprises for her. I, on the other hand, am the middle of 3 kids with my younger sister only being 3 years younger then me. So trying to change my first diapers and putting babies to sleep proved that I'd still had a few things to learn. One thing I hope to share with my son when he gets older is my passion for the out doors, which my dad would argue I got from him as well. I love hiking and backpacking but what I enjoy most is Rock Climbing. Ever since I was 14 I've been looking at rocks and cliffs in a new light. I love the challenge of it as well as the beauty around.....and below you.

About Me
I love playing soccer, watching movies and playing guitar. I am from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I grew up in the church from goodly parents that taught me how to pray and trust in God. I'm grateful for their example on living the Gospel of Christ. Now I know how I can be happy and raise my own family in a future based on the same principles. I'm serving a mission in Washington Spokane and I love it, I have never been more happy before. I love searching the scriptures and find answers to my deepest questions in them.

About Me
I work in technology and consider myself an entrepreneur. I've started and sold 3 of my companies, all of them on the cutting edge of Internet technology and communications to major corporations around the world. Unfortunately, my work activities has made me and others consider me a workaholic. After seeing how quickly life has passed by, I'm trying to reform myself, and place more of my emphasis on my family and my faith.

About Me
As of right now, I'm serving a full-time mission here in California, and I love it. Before my mission, I studied politics and the Arabic language. As for hobbies, I really like to be with my two best friends in the world-anything I do with them is my favorite thing I've ever done. I play the guitar, love to work out, and think that camping/being outside is one of the best ideas anyone on earth has ever come up with...But watching movies is fun too. I really like to bowhunt, and am familiar with weaponry of all kinds (I plan on going into the military after my mission). My dog is my third best friend, after Liz and Danielle.

About Me
I am a stay at home mother, by choice. I have been married for 11 years, and have been blessed with 4 beautiful children. However, almost 2 years ago my oldest son Caleb, age of 8, and I were in a bad car accident. He graduated from this mortal life and left to serve a mission on the other side of the veil. Our faith in God and Jesus Christ were tested beyond anything I have ever been through. We are still working on the process of grief and loss from this trial. But above all, we cannot deny the amazing tender mercies that the Lord has poured out to us since. It was almost like he was telling us, yes he too hurts for us, and yes he too is sad. And because of his loving magnet, it has pulled and pointed us towards Christ. Our focus has been made ever so strong and more sure, in understanding of his love for us- his children. He doesn't want to see us hurting, or having aching hearts- which is why he has created 'The Plan of Happiness'. Making it possible that we all can live again and become eternal families. This is our goal, this is our desire, that we fight to be found worthy to receive someday. What a joy it is to know this, and that because of Christ all will be made right, for he brings healing in his wings. Please come and view our journey by visiting our blog for our son at: calebmathison.blogspot.com

About Me
I am a professional organizer, nationwide speaker, and a published author. I write for various venues and appear as a featured guest on TV and radio. I've been a radio show host and am dedicated to helping men and women find greater organization skills, both in their personal and professional lives. I have interests in many other areas. I love to scrap quilt, make pressed-flower greeting cards for friends and family, and write personal histories. I'm married and together my husband and I are the parents of five sons -- 1) a Math Education professor, 2) a emergency medicine resident, 3) a computer science doctoral candidate and a husband and father, and 4) a graduate with an animation degree. Our youngest son passed away as a young child from leukemia. My husband and I grow a vegetable and fruit garden as our summer hobby and share woodworking projects together on colder days. Our family are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and I'd be willing to share my beliefs with any interested parties. It is for this reason that you will find I often write articles from an L.D.S. perspective.
