Hi, I'm Mike - People

Convert to the church. I grew up in Utah and Nevada. Graduated in biology from college. Worked in Environmental disciplines.

About Me

I am married with no children. However, we have hundreds of children we have been involved and helped in their raising. I live on a farm. I worked in both governmental and private sectors in environmental, health and industrial safety. I got to travel to many places because of my work and see many interesting operations. Some operations were dangerous or hazardous. I am now retired. My hobby is the gospel. I love to study and live it. I also spend thousands hours in family genealogical research and doing ancestor's work as a proxy in the temple. Temples are a portal to God and heaven and a basis for much that is the Gospel. It is my reason for wanting to visit a LDS temple frequently. I still get into science especially biology and astronomy. May be that makes me a kin to Michael my name sake. He has been involved in the population of plants and animals in countless worlds and that's what I want to do.

Hi, I'm Roger - People

I grew up in East Tennessee, joined the army, met my future wife Claire. We have 7 children & 22 grandchildren. We're Mormons.

About Me

My wife and I are retired. We share interests in books, movies, photography and travel. Knowing why we are here on this earth and where we came from and where we strive to go after death, gives real meaning to our lives. Being members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints since 1967 has strengthened our marriage, helped us raise our big family and got us through the trials of this life. We are celebrating our 50th wedding this year and the children are coming to Daytona Beach to be with us from all over... Alaska, Colorado, Utah, Tennessee, Florida and maybe Texas. Being members of our church is like being part of a big family, each doing his or her part in the activities and organizations of our local ward(congregation). There are always activities going on for families and singles that encourage getting to know one another and having fun. This has been the church environment we raised our family in and it has been a great blessing to our family.

Hi, I'm Tanner - People

I grew up in the forestry regions of Oregon. I love science and how it fits perfectly with my religion, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm currently in college . My major is Manufacturing technology. While I love to dabble with science, one of my talents I enjoy the most is music. I love to play the piano, the french horn, the saxophone, others and always try to learn new ones. I'm terrible at English but I love to write creative stories, nothing serious just comical to me. I love to dance swing, although never taking any formal lessons, I plan to next semester. As to science I love to invent, I have always loved making things with my hands or drawing up designs and seeing them made into something real. It has always been my interest on the universe, even if it is just theories I love to gain a knowledge and understanding about them. In college we are discussing the origins of the Universe, which is something I find truly intriguing.

Hi, I'm Phil - People

I design software used by millions of people. I’m a husband and father, I like photography, and I’m a Mormon.

About Me

For over twenty years I have worked for one of the biggest software companies in the world. By day, I make software easier to use, and by night and weekends, I try to make life easier and fulfilling for others. My real job, though, is to be a husband to a wonderful wife and a father to six children. Yes, six children is a lot; my wife and I thought our family was done with four children when the Lord prompted us to adopt two Russian orphans in 2000. In my spare time, I’m a nature photographer. I love to be out in the country with my camera in hand. I also volunteer as a leader and teacher in my church congregation. Life is busy! Sometimes I wish for a little boredom, but I wouldn’t give up any of it. I am truly blessed in all parts of my life. I enjoy the many opportunities to share my blessings by giving a helping hand and friendly smile to others. If I can lighten someone’s load, that’s a good day.

Hi, I'm Kevin - People

I live in Arizona. I make commercials. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a recent graduate, with a business degree! I'd like to own my own business one day, but right now i just do what I can to get by. My dream is to start a production company and produce a web series my brothers and i wrote. My brothers and i also run a humor website with comic strips, antic-dotes, and videos we create. My family is a big part of who I am. My wife and i have been married for one year and are still in the process of figuring each others quirks out. My wife is hearing impaired/deaf, so ive had to learn sign language to better communicate with her. It's been interesting to see how life is so different for everyone and that each individual has their own struggles, it has helped me be more grateful for what ive been given in this life and to not take things for granted. My wife has taught me how to be a better person and to see life in a new way.
