About Me
I have been driving school bus for about 18 years and I love it. There is only one other Mormon who works with me. I'm married. My husband is a convert to the church. I have 2 children and 2 step children. All together I have 5 and a half grandchildren, meaning, there are 5 here and 1 on the way. One of my children passed away at the age of 23. He was not married. He served an honorable mission in the Oklahoma Tulsa Mission from 2006 -2008. All of my biological family are in Utah. All of my husbands family are here in Spokane. We recently went to the Spokane Temple and completed my dad's work and my husband's mom's work. We are going to have sealings done for many of our family members including Kyle. We both look forward to the time when we will see our loved ones again. What a great blessing it is to have a temple of God here on earth. Well, we got the sealing completed for mine and Don's family. We had our sweet Kyle sealed to us. Pretty amazing experience. Thank to to Kristian Ekenes for being Kyle's proxy.

About Me
I program computers for a living. I started out in computer graphics in 1976 when it was not a household word. Originally I wanted to do computer graphic movies but that was about 19 years before Pixar made their first feature film so I ended up doing flight simulation instead. Later I got into analyzing computer programs and generating web pages from them. Now I'm using supercomputers to analyze data for the US government. I married a woman with three half grown kids. I adopted them and then we had three more together. That really helped cement the family together as the older kids loved being big brothers and sisters to the little ones. My wife died when our youngest was 18. I remarried and acquired three step children in their thirties and 10 now 12 step grand children. Two of my children now have children as well. One of my daughters is now like a sister to the step-daughter who introduced me to her mother. I love choral singing. I served in the Mormon Tabernacle choir for 4 years 1987-1991 when I lived in Salt Lake City. My wife and I now sing with the Mormon Choir of Washington DC.

I'm a husband, father, historian and a British Mormon.
-
-
About Me
I am a British cultural historian, whose passion is to recover the stories of the past. As part of my learning, I have completed a PhD in which I focussed on converts to Mormonism in Victorian Britain, and the ensuing migration of over 110,000 converts from Europe to America. This they did so that they might join with others, who like them, believed in a living prophet who declares God's will in a world that is so devoid of moral direction.

I’m a mom of three with a PhD in Engineering. I'm a Mormon.
-
-
About Me
I grew up in the Colorado Rocky Mountains with a rock-hound miner for a grandfather. My grandparents were a big part of my childhood, and inspired me to pursue metallurgy. Grampy was self-educated. I was the first one in my family to get a PhD. I love school, love being a student, and love being a teacher. I believe one of the reasons God sent us here is so we can learn. I’ve worked in mineralogy, pyrometallurgy, and gold ore labs, and have written MD simulations. I’ve taught lecture and lab courses, published papers, spoken at conferences, and traveled the world with my research, but I digress. The most important things in my life are not listed on my vita. My oldest daughter once asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I told her I wanted to be an astronaut. She thought about my answer, and then she asked, “What happened?” (I didn’t grow up to be an astronaut). In reply, I looked her straight in the eye, and told her I did something better. I had her. Out of all my accomplishments, my three children are my crowning jewels. Harold B. Lee said “The [greatest] work you will ever do will be within the walls of your own home”. This is true. Advances in medicine, energy, science, and engineering are worthless without the people they are designed to serve. As fascinating as rocks are, the most important things to learn about are family, love, and God. All the knowledge in the world is pointless without the next generation to pass it along to, and without a hope in God.

About Me
I am an aircraft finance lawyer for The Boeing Company. I graduated from The University of Chicago Law School in 1990. My wife and I are the proud parents of five children-one son followed by four beautiful daughters. Our son is recently married, and he and our two oldest daughters are attending college in Utah. Our family loves traveling, although with a family our size, we can't afford to travel very often. My career has taken us to some wonderful places--New York City (pre-9/11), Salt Lake City, Tokyo, Japan, Milwaukee and now the Puget Sound area of western Washington--where we've made some very special friends. I am an avid college football fan. I follow my Alma Mater, Utah Stake University (where our oldest daughter is attending) and Brigham Young University (where our son and second daughter are attending). My wife and I love seeing Broadway musicals, and as luck would have it, Seattle attracts many of them.
