Hi, I'm Kristen - People

I'm a married, college educated world traveler who has chosen to stay home to raise my five children. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love life! I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Near Eastern Studies and a certificate in Family History. I worked as a professional Genealogist for several years and I have started two separate small businesses, and am currently a professional portrait photographer out of my home. I love to travel, laugh and play! I have a great husband and five beautiful children. You wouldn't think it from the end result, but we have struggled with infertility. I believe that the difficulties and trials of life can do one of two things. They can either cause pain and destroy, or they can make you stronger and better. The latter can happen only after hard work, humility, and a willingness to learn the lesson being taught. Of course, I believe it is also made easier when the Savior, Jesus Christ, is allowed to help.

Hi, I'm Nubia W. - People

I'm a fun-loving Georgian, a full-time employee and student, and a frugally-minded newylwed. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I live in the great peach state. I grew up as an Army brat. Although I was raised in a two-denominational household, I was always loved and taught the Gospel. I have had my hard and bumpy roads in life, but with the help of my family and amazing friends, I found the true joy and happiness in the things that I was raised knowing. I love to travel and love the mountains. I enjoy taking pictures of my adventures and sharing them with the people in my life. I'm currently a Psychology major and work for a movie retail company. I recently got married in the Atlanta temple to the person that I want to spend forever with.

Hi, I'm Kelli - People

Grew up in AZ, now in WA. Married for 9 years. 10 month old daughter. Love to laugh & uplift others. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My main focus in life is my husband of 9 years and my 10 month old daughter. We waited to have kids for a while to make sure we were at a good place within our marriage. I am a stay-at-home mom for right now and hopefully will be able to continue that. I grew up in AZ with 2 brothers and 2 sisters. My dad died when I was 5 years old from a heart attack. My sister and her husband were killed in a car crash in 2005. I am from a family of tall red heads. We all love to play basketball..or really any sport because we are all competitive. Everyone still lives in AZ except for me. It is so helpful to have a ward family of people who will help and love you. I graduated from University of Phoenix with a BS in Communication. Education was always stressed in my family because my mom was a teacher (retired) and my dad was a Librarian. Both got their masters degree. I have 13 nieces and nephews. I am someone who loves to help people. Sometimes it can be overwhelming, but I have a gift for understanding others and like to provide them with support whenever I can. I am a shy person trapped in a crazy-loud person's body. I make acquaintances very easily but true friends rarely. I love to read, though my time is limited now. I am a night owl and love candy. I like to take things easy and just enjoy the moment. I try and work on myself everyday to improve and be the person I know I can be.

Hi, I'm C. Dale Willis, Sr. - People

An Arizona native, I grew up ranching, farming, playing football and riding bulls when I was young...much younger! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I remember when Chandler and Gilbert, Arizona had fewer houses and more cattle...fewer paved roads and more fields of cotton, corn and alfalfa. I remember growing 3,000 acres of cotton in fields loaded with rattlesnakes. I remember raising two young sons raking hay in the middle of the night and watching them grow into the fine men and fathers they are today...watching my daughter grow into a beautiful woman and mother. I'm retired now and I have slowed down a bit but I have a couple of steers and horses in the pasture to remind me of the past...and the only farming I do now is taking care of the yard and the "honey do" list.

Hi, I'm Jason - People

I grew up in southern Illinois and I'm a Mormon from birth.

About Me

I guess your first question is how did I end up out west. Well it has a lot to do with Mormon church. Since I was small I was prepared to serve a full-time mission for the Lord. When I got old enough I filled out the necessary paperwork and submitted them to church headquarters. About two weeks later I received a mission call asking me to serve in Salt Lake City (believe it or not there not all Mormons in Salt Lake). After I served my mission I went to junior college in Rexburg, Idaho at was then called Rick's. It has since become a four year college called BYU-Idaho. I had family that I lived with for a while in Hamilton, MT and I since got my own apartment in Missoula, MT.

Hi, I'm Samuel - People

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a father of two, and a grandpa of seven. I served in the Northern Mexican mission (at that time there were only three missions, and no temples). I served one year in Vietnam; nine months as a foot solder, and three months as a chaplain's assistant. Because I assisted a Baptist chaplain, I had the unique opportunity of passing around the collection plate, even though I was in good standing in my LDS ward. I am a retired graphics artist and designer. I've used everything from lead type to PhotoShop. I enjoy writing fiction, non-fiction and poetry. I also love music, and - though I've only dabbled at the piano all my life - I started taking piano lessons in my 60's. I also enjoy playing the guitar. I've performed in the Mormon Youth Symphony (playing percussion instruments) and in the Snow College and U of U bands.

Hi, I'm Alex - People

I love creating movies, I have a degree in media technologies, I'm serving a mission, I'm autistic, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Right now, I am serving a full-time mission in the Arizona Phoenix Mission. I am the second oldest of five kids. I have an older sister, and then my three younger brothers and I all have autism. I grew up in Connecticut, and have also lived in New Jersey, Pennsilvania, and Tennessee. I like Connecticut the best so far. I was homeschooled for most of my life, but I did attend public school in third grade, and then again from eighth grade and on. I love to think, diagnose things and situations, and then find the most efficiant way of achieving what I want. Using this mentality, I have grown to love playing chess, I am a huge fan of LEGOs, and I love the process of making movies --"You have 'these' materials, you have 'this' amount of time, and we want this scene to look like 'such-and-such.' GO!"--
