I grew up in NM. I have a beautiful wife. We were married in the Logan, UT temple. I have one older sister. I have the greatest parents in the world. I really enjoy the outdoors. I am currently studying Range Science and Wildlife Management. I enjoy just about any sport. I served a mission on the east coast of canada for two years.

I am a recent college graduate. I just finished my first year as a middle school choir teacher. I love it and I am excited to start year two. I lost my father to cancer about two years ago. I am presently unable to have children. I am happily married to my best friend who supports me through it all.

I celebrated 50 years as a member of the Church in March 2011. I'm a teenage convert. My mother, sister and I joined after my older brother and his wife had been members a while. I have seen my three children baptized. I'm currently a civil servant and work full-time where my children were raised. Because of a mother who loved to travel I've been back and forth to Washington numerous times and driven with her twice to Ontario, Canada, the second time going to the 48 states. Because of this trip and my journal I'm a published author. I've traveled and worked in Europe 13 months and have since been to my last two states, Alaska and Hawaii. I'm a visiting teacher and ward missionary in my ward.

About Me

I have an amazing family who is the center of my world. I have two younger brothers, two selfless parents, and an extended family that continues to grow. Music is an important part of life to me. I've played the piano for 13 years and write my own music. A piano bench is the most comfortable piece of furniture for me. In front of a piano I feel the companionship of an old undying friend. Through my relationship with my instrument and the music that ensues I find my perfect form of expression - and worship.

I teach English, play any sport, read constantly, and collect hats. I love to laugh and look at things my own way. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love language. I love to find out where words come from, put them together, and even say them backwards. I have written a fine collection of half-finished poems. I also study languages--I'm fluent in Spanish, I survive with rudimentary Portuguese, and I can make an absolute fool out of myself in French or Mandarin Chinese. But I've learned to tolerate being a fool. It can come in handy. Especially when you're teaching junior high, which is what I attempt to do for a profession, sometimes successfully. It's horribly difficult, but also a lot of fun. The students are fascinating and enjoyable to work with, and I love the moments when I see them learning. When I'm not teaching, I love to get out and hike or camp. I play sports all the time: basketball, soccer, ultimate frisbee, softball, racquetball, golf, ping-pong, whatever. I'm not particularly good at any of them, but who needs to be good? My goal in life is to raise a happy family, help the students I teach find success, and write things that will make people smile and think. I'm hoping that you're doing at least one of the two right now....

I am not a "cookie Cutter Mormon." I study other relgions more than I do my own. I am a college student studying relgion and psychology. Soon, I will be studying Inter-religious Peace Dialogue. Through Buddhist peace theories I hope to be able to start bridging the peace gaps which exist between Christianity and Islam. Religion is my passion and I want to use LDS teachings at the steping stones to religious peace.

I am the oldest of 4 children and the only son. I was born, raised and spent most of my life in South Carolina. I enjoy a variety of music but Michael Buble' happens to be 1 of my favorite artists. I also enjoy travel. I have been to 43 of the 50 states in the United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Michigan, Minnesota, Oregon, Washington & Wisconsin being the 7 states I have not yet visited). I work in technology and consider myself an entrepreneur. I am the youngest of 5 children. I have 5 nieces and 4 nephews and I love them all. My family is very important to me. I enjoy spending time with them when I can. We do a lot together. I enjoy music, theater, and classical art. I'm really expressive and like to perform. For the past few years I've been acting in community shows, and have enjoyed every minute of it. In my profession, I specialize in the installation, upgrades and maintenence of Human Resources information systems for large, multinational companies. These systems heavily rely on relational databases and test my analytical skills. Outside of work, I set my analytical mind aside and enjoy several creative outlets. For many years, I have been involved with the intarsia woodworking art form. Intarsia uses pieces of different colored wood that are cut, shaped, and fitted together to create a three-dimensional picture. Music has always played an important part of my life. I have played the piano from the age of eight and I am an accomplished organist. I also volunteer my time as a graphic artist and webmaster for a non-profit youth organization that inspires the youth to realize and live to their full potential through the art of entertainment. My sweetheart and I have been married for 28 years and we were blessed to raise two wonderful sons. Now in their young adult years, they are a joy to us.
