I'm a young woman trying to find my place in this world of seeming confusion and immorality. I take sister Dalton's call to "return to virtue" very seriously, and so anticipate the day that I will lead my children in that return. I'm eighteen, and the oldest of nine children. I love the Gospel, and strive to live it every moment. I love the Lord and greatly enjoy studying the scriptures. My favorite gospel topics to study are families, Zion, and faith. My goals in life are to become a midwife, to marry in the Temple, and to raise as many little spirits as the Lord sends to me. I love serving. I find great pleasure in reading books, and in writing. I look forward to the day when I will be sealed to a worthy, return missionary, priesthood-holding-and-honoring man.

I'm a young single adult and have been living on my own over a year now. I'm the second oldest in a family of five and I have a loving mother and father who have raised me in the church. I attend a community college in Arizona were I will be graduating in May with my Associates. Afterwards I'll keep moving towards greater things like living in Ukraine to teach English for a semester. My goals are to serve a mission, become a teacher, marry my best friend in the temple, and become a mom. Overall, a big part of me is this gospel. It's who I am today.

I am the youngest of 10 children. Yes that is a lot, and yes, my amazing mother gave birth to all of us. I am from a wonderfully warm place in Arizona. I hate everything to do with the cold but I have lived in the snowy state of Utah for the past 3 years where I have graduated from a two year college and now I am going to BYU. I am majoring in Public health. I believe anyone can make a difference in the world so why not through public health, and why not me? I love to snowboard slightly more then I hate the cold and that is how I make living in Utah bearable. I love all sports but my favorites are volleyball and tennis. I love disneyland. As a child I truly thought that the Disneyland castle was an LDS temple. I love meeting new people. I love seeing people smile. I love food and I always have snacks in my purse. I am outdoorsy, but on the other hand my favorite things to wear are my red high heels. One of my goals in life is to make everyone I meet smile.

I really enjoy playing sports! My favorite sport that I love to play is volleyball. I like music and can play the piano a little bit and can play the violin. I am a young single adult going to college and enjoying it greatly. I love to dance, sing, play piano and guitar, play volleyball, watch sports, and be outdoors. I was born in Missouri. I went to college there and then moved to Utah where I met my wife to be. She and I moved back to Missouri and went to chiropractic school. I went back to Arizona to practice, which I did for 17 years and then retired. My wife and I have 5 children. I enjoy playing basketball, traveling and just working with members in the church. Being raised Southern Baptist from Missouri, I was raised to not like LDS people. It was went I met my LDS wife that I started searching out other religious opportunities. We were married for 3 years before investigating the church.

About Me

I am single, and have been raising my girls on my own for the past 13 years. That means for many years I have been working full-time out of the home to provide for the family and coming home at night working hard to get all the parenting tasks done too. I was born in Oklahoma City into a family with both a strong Southern Baptist and Mormon background. My parents taught me to work hard and to not complain. I have tried to live up to these principles as an adult. My job outside of the home is as an Engineering Program Manager for a major aerospace company. This has required continued education both on and off hours resulting in an MBA and certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP). My hobbies include walking a 12 year old golden retriever, biking, jogging and swimming - resulting in occasional participation in local sprint triathlons and charity bike rides. I enjoy working in my yard, keeping the grass green and the flowers blooming, doing home projects and for some strange reason I get a lot of pleasure organizing drawers and closets. I think it just gives me a great sense of accomplishment.

I'm a Mormon. My wife and I are thankful for the time we have to volunteer and help young single adults and students.

About Me

Since retiring from our family business a few years ago, my wife and I have really enjoyed the opportunities we have had to volunteer in the church. We work with a young single adult congregation and help university students find internships and employment in Colorado. Our five married children live all over the U.S. and we will soon have seventeen grandchildren. We visit them each year and much of our summer is spent having fun with them at our home and in the Colorado mountains. I love to fly fish and share my passion by teaching the sport to several grandchildren and young single adult friends. I sometimes get a strange look from people when I mention "catch and release", but, I believe, it helps preserve the sport for the future. Another favorite sport is tennis. I have played "neighborhood tennis" for many years and started playing on a men's team this past summer. We didn't win many matches, but it was fun and I met some great guys. In addition to visiting our children and their families, my wife and I enjoy spending time with extended family, friends, and our neighbors. We love to visit places of natural beauty, work in our garden and get our hands in the dirt. A few years ago, we started composting. We love the wonderful richness of the soil and our grandchildren are fascinated with all the worms they find in it.
