About Me
I have been married for 14 years. Unfortunately, we were not able to have children together but I am a step mom to one daughter. We have 3 big dogs that we spoil and love. My husband and I love to travel and have been in Mexico, all around Europe and the Carribbean. We also love being in the mountains of Colorado and Utah and hope to build a cabin in the future. I work for an automotive buying group although my degree is in teaching. I really love my life!

About Me
I love music! It seems that everything in my life is connected with music. My 2 year old wakes up singing. I fell in love with my husband while he was singing to me. I sang the leads in the musical productions My Fair Lady and Guys and Dolls. I teach piano to beginners and I do a little vocal training as well. Music brings me and my family so much joy! And through music's inspired notes, I always feel closer to my Heavenly Father.

I'm a wife and a mom of 3 little kids. I sew costumes, volunteer at school, tell bedtime stories, and am acquainted with grief.
-
-
About Me
I'm a homemaker of a sweet girl who is almost a first-grader, a rough and tumble four-year-old boy, and a smiley baby boy. With a new baby I struggle to find free time, but I always have some kind of project going on the side (or more like three or four that I rotate from one thing to the next). Right now, I'm sewing fabric quiet book pages to try to tame my children in church. After the birth of my daughter I experienced post partum depression. It was the hardest year of our ten years of marriage I think. A couple of years ago I lost my mother to cancer. She and my dad adopted me as a baby.

About Me
I am a wife, mom, daughter, sister, friend, a teacher, nurse, chauffer, cook, shopper, janitor and launderer. And just recently a little-league mom. (That was fun!) I have a fun, loving, sweet, crazy, hardworking husband. I have 5 sons and 2 daughters. (boy, girl, boy, boy, boy, boy, girl) They are delightful! Being a wife and mom is very challenging, but I wouldn't trade it away! I'm a worker and a runner. I am kind. I like to sing and dance in the kitchen. I love warm weather, and good music. I like shopping and fashion. I'm a little eccentric. I can only eat a small list of foods without being punished by my body. (Celiac Disease is an auto-immune disorder.) I used to work as an RN. I know quite a bit of sign language. I've been to Thailand twice, and I speak just a little Thai. Something that is a basic part of me is I have an intense love of the Book of Mormon. It is another testament of Jesus Christ. I know it contains truth from cover to cover. I have felt the Spirit testify of it's truthfulness to me countless times. In it I find answers to my problems, spiritual strength. I am aware that, at times, I am clinging to it as the people did to the iron rod in Lehi's dream. (1 Nephi 8:24) I especially love reading it with my family. It is powerful. And, finally, I recently turned 40 years old. I was so surprised to be so excited to be 40! It feels like an accomplishment!

About Me
My husband and I have been married for almost 22 years, we have five children ranging from a sophomore in college to a four year old. My husband and I LOVE working with youth. I LOVE LOVE LOVE young women camp. When I need a change, I like to move things around my home and repaint the walls. I have recieved the YW medallion when I was a teen, again when serving in the ward YW program and I am currently mentoring a wonderful RS woman while she is working on her YW Medallion, while achieving on my Honor Bee. I Love being a Mormon, It reminds me of a song we learned in Primary- I'm a Mormon, yes I am If you want to study a Mormon, I’m a living specimen, Maybe you think I'm just like everybody else you see... But trust in my word, you'll quickly observe, I'm different as can be. I'm a Mormon through and through, And If you think I act peculiar with the things I say and do, Remember I know the rules the dos and don'ts for happy - happy living I learn to say I will I won't I try to be forgiving Maybe you'd like me to tell you about the things I know are true and you can be a Mormon too.

Although I really enjoy what I do, it's hard to be away from my kids everyday. About Me
I've been a stay-at-home mom now for about a year. I retired from a law firm where I worked as a legal secretary, then as my children got older I began another career, substitute teaching in their schools. I often joked they moved on but I stayed in elementary school! I loved the interaction with children and making a difference in their lives while working at the schools. I enjoy working with others and volunteering. I have been a volunteer with Hospice and have taught English as a second language. I enjoy making crafts (glass necklaces right now) in my spare time and sharing them with my friends. I really like having luncheons at my home to get to know other women better. Baking is a treat for me though for the past few months I've not done so much! Now that we live in Colorado, my husband and I are back into more physical exercise such as hiking and biking. I completely enjoy my morning running of about four miles four or five times a week. The mountains are my daily "cup of Joe"! They are a true constant reminder to me of our Heavenly Father's creations and love for us. About a year ago I ran my first race, a 10K. That was an item I got to check off of my "bucket" list! My son is serving a mission in Madagascar and my daughter is anxious about her last year of high school. My husband and I are gearing up to become "empty nesters"! He's a private pilot and from time to time we enjoy a flight around the area sightseeing. From this birdseye view, our world is so magnificent!

I'm a young wife and mother of two small children. I live an everyday life, but have a not-so ordinary story. I am a Mormon.
-
-
About Me
I have a wonderful husband and two young children. I am a recent convert to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I love to sing (especially to my children), organize EVERYTHING, bake (when I have the chance), and I love to swim, camp, and hike. I am a very forgetful person and I have to keep a day planner, even though I am not a busy person AT ALL! I stay at home with my children while my husband is in college full time to be a High School science teacher and works part-time at an auto parts store. We have very little income, and times are hard more than they are easy. We are newly weds as we have been married for a little under 2 years. We are still learning how to be a husband and wife. We have been through much together, and hope to endure through all things. The Church has strengthened our marriage. Without Christ as my example, my savior, I do not believe my marriage would last, or be as strong as it is. We have an amazing amount of love and respect for each other and the Church has helped us to understand who we are, as husband and wife and as parents, through Christ. I love my Heavenly Father, His son Jesus Christ, and I LOVE THIS CHURCH!

For the past four years I have been attending college, and I just graduated this semester with my Associates Degree finally. I have been enjoying my young adulthood, and now have planned to serve a mission and can't wait to go and serve the Lord.

About Me
I have been married to my sweetheart and best friend for over 26 years now. I introduced him to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints when we were 19 years old and it has been so wonderful to watch him grow in many different ways. We have raised 4 awesome children and have recently become empty nesters! I am still getting used to the quiet house, and I miss having my kids around all of the time. But I love only having a few loads of laundry a week. My oldest daughter is married and lives only about 15 minutes away, so I see her often. My second daughter served a mission for the church in The Marshall Islands, then when she got home, she married and they live about 10 minutes away. Right now my oldest son is serving a mission in Tallahassee, FL. He is doing great, but we really miss him. Our youngest son just started college at BYU-Idaho and is goind great so far. My husband has a heating and air conditioning company and I help him by managing the office. It is fun to work with him. It does keep him very busy though and owning your own company definately comes with it's share of stress. When we have time off, we enjoy spending time in the mountains, especially with our family and friends. Riding dirt bikes, hiking, boating, camping, skiing, ATVing. I work with the Young Women, ages 12-18 at church and I love it! Those girls teach me so much and I am so happy with the great choices that they make. I love my family and am so proud of each of them.

About Me
Hi! I was born in South Africa and have lived in several other countries in my life. I met my husband at the University of Utah. After we were married in the Salt Lake Temple, we moved to Portland Oregon where he attended medical school. Our first two children were born in Oregon. I finished my bachelor's degree in Psychology at the same time my husband graduated from medical school. We moved to Arizona for his internship and then Jacksonville, Florida for his residency. While he completed his residency in Emergency Medicine, I earned a master's degree in counseling and we had our third child. My oldest child was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder when she was 2 years old and then my son was diagnosed around the same age. Our youngest is three years old now and has no signs of autism. After completing my master's and my husband finished his training, we settled in Arizona which we now call home. I spend a lot of my time at my childrens' school helping their teachers in appreciation for all their teachers do for them. I am the Young Women's president in our ward and love working with the young women aged 12-18! They inspire me to be a better person and they amaze me as they find their way in this chaotic world. My life is busy and sometimes crazy, but it is the Gospel of Jesus Christ that keeps me focused on what really matters. I love my family and I love to serve others. Life is Good!
